Franchise Territory

You will be granted a Licence to own and operate a thetreasurecare for a period of five years in a territory defined by a number of postcodes or similar recognisable boundary and will be responsible for developing the area to its full potential. Franchises will, of necessity, be closer together in city and major town locations, further apart in country locations.
The Franchise Agreement is renewable at the end of the five-year term subject to you having operated the Franchise within the terms of the agreement and signing a new Franchise Agreement on the current terms. No extra charge is made for renewal other than the Franchisor’s expenses.
